Role Purpose

To supervise daily finance operations, ensure strong financial controls, and coordinate operational finance activities across M-Pesa Finance.

Key Accountabilities

Supervise finance operational activities and staff
Monitor daily reconciliations and reporting
Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls
Coordinate issue resolution across finance operations
Support process automation and system enhancements
Monitor operational risks and escalation management
Support audit and compliance activities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Operational issue resolution time
Reconciliation completion rate
Team productivity
Audit findings closure rate

Qualifications

Degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years supervisory experience
Experience in fintech or telecom preferred
