Role Purpose

To coordinate financial reporting activities for M-Pesa Finance and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial submissions.

Key Accountabilities

Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules
Coordinate IFRS and OHADA reporting submissions
Maintain reporting templates and controls
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Perform variance analysis and commentary
Coordinate audit support documentation
Ensure reporting compliance with Group deadlines

Key Performance Indicators

Reporting submission timeliness
Accuracy of financial reports
Audit adjustment levels
Forecast accuracy

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional certification preferred
Strong reporting and analytical skills
