Role Purpose

To manage operational support for e-money settlement activities, partner settlements, wallet funding, and transactional treasury operations

Key Accountabilities

Process e-money settlements and partner funding transactions
Monitor settlement queues and operational liquidity
Support wallet-to-bank and bank-to-wallet operations
Ensure accurate settlement documentation and approvals
Escalate settlement failures and delays
Maintain settlement logs and operational controls
Support automation initiatives for settlement processing

Key Performance Indicators

Settlement turnaround time
Failed transaction rate
Operational accuracy rate
Settlement reconciliation completion

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Banking, or Accounting
3+ years in payment operations or treasury operations
